What You'll Do
Build and develop relationships with homeowners and prospective clients
Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided opportunities
Conduct property consultations and identify customer needs
Educate customers on roofing, siding, and exterior solutions
Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation through project completion
What We're Looking For
Previous sales experience with a proven ability to build relationships and close opportunities
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented mindset
Construction background or general industry knowledge preferred
Roofing, siding, or exterior restoration experience is a major plus
